The 2nd reEarth International Art Prize 2025 invites artists worldwide to explore climate and ecology through art, offering cash prizes and physical exhibitions in Auckland and Venice, spotlighting creativity as a catalyst for environmental change.

Now in its second edition, the prize invites children and youth aged 4 to 25 to express their visions of climate, ecology, and a sustainable future through art.

Following the great success of the inaugural edition, which received entries from across the world and delivered on its promise of global recognition and meaningful opportunities, the 2025 prize builds on this strong foundation. With its growing reach, it continues to amplify the voices of young artists who are shaping conversations about sustainability and our collective future.

With a prize pool of USD $50,000, including major cash awards and special jury prizes, the competition not only celebrates artistic excellence but also provides meaningful recognition for emerging voices. Every participant receives an e-certificate of participation, ensuring that all creative contributions are honored and valued.

The contest is open across three categories, encouraging a wide range of artistic expression:
Painting & Drawing Photography Digital Art & Illustration AI Generative Art

From traditional techniques to cutting-edge digital expression, the prize celebrates the many ways art can speak to global challenges.

An esteemed international jury of 12 acclaimed artists and cultural leaders from Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States will evaluate submissions. Their expertise ensures a fair and inspiring selection process, identifying works that resonate both artistically and thematically.

Selected artworks will be showcased in prestigious physical exhibitions in Auckland and Venice, offering young artists the rare opportunity to present their work on international stages. These exhibitions aim to connect global audiences with the urgent, hopeful, and imaginative perspectives of the next generation.

Launched from New Zealand and reaching across continents, the reEarth International Art Prize reflects a shared commitment to nurturing creativity as a catalyst for environmental and cultural transformation. By bringing together diverse voices from around the world, it fosters dialogue, inspires action, and reaffirms the role of young artists as visionaries of a more sustainable tomorrow.
