This annual competition highlights authenticity and creative expression through eight genre categories: Landscape, Travel, Street, Mobile, Wildlife, Drone, Black & White, and Architecture.
Whether you're a seasoned professional or a passionate emerging photographer, GLPA is designed to celebrate your unique perspective. What sets this competition apart is not just the prizes, but the experience. Every selected image earns a PDF certificate and is featured in a curated virtual exhibition. Finalists in each category are further spotlighted with interviews, hardcover book inclusion, and special recognition in the final showcase.
The grand winner earns the title of Global Lens Photographer of the Year, a $1,000 cash prize, a custom-designed trophy, top billing in our annual book, and an exclusive interview feature.
All entries are reviewed by a diverse, international jury composed of seasoned industry professionals. Judging is based on creativity, storytelling, technical quality, and impact. The entire process is online and time-efficient.
The awards are operated by a team based and officially registered in Dubai, UAE.
