Cash PrizeFormerly known as Food Photographer of the Year, the World Food Photography Awards is a unique photography competition celebrating the very best in food photography from around the world.
Open to professional and non-professional photographers, you can win prestige, prize money and commercial opportunities by taking part in the world's most important food photography awards.

You will have the opportunity to see your work displayed at the Mall Galleries, London in a free-to-enter, public exhibition in May 2026, giving your work high-profile exposure. This is intended to help publicise your creativity and also encourage and inspire others to develop their skills in food photography for the following year.
Your image will be appreciated by some of the leading figures in the photography and food industries during the judging process
A dedicated post will be added to our website showing an in depth profile of the overall winner featuring the winning image
You will receive a dedicated press release promoting your image to international photography and food media
Your hard work and creativity will be credited wherever the image is used and will be seen by millions of people across the globe

All category winners will receive a prestigious trophy.

The winner of the Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year category will win £1000GBP.
The winner of the Production Paradise Previously Published category will win a Spotlight Food & Drink Photography + Motion and a directory listing. Value £690GBP
The winner of the MPB Award for Innovation will win an MBP voucher for £1000GBP to spend on any used photography equipment at MPB.com
Please note: This prize may not be redeemed in the following countries - India, Mauritius, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Holy See (Vatican City State), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Venezuela, Bolivarian Republic of, Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, U.S., Viet Nam, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, Samoa, Yemen, Mayotte, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe
The winner and two runners up of the Student Food Photographer of the Year category will receive an RPS Membership, worth £55. The winning student will have their work and an interview published in the award-winning RPS Journal.
In addition, the winner of the Student Food Photographer of the Year category will have the unique opportunity to have a 60 minute one-to-one Zoom meeting with Commercial Photography Consultant and Mentor, Zoe Whishaw. This will include:
