Perspective Gallery is pleased to announce LENS 2024, our 14th annual, juried, international exhibition of fine art photography. Photographers are invited to submit work for possible inclusion in the exhibition. All subject matter and photographic processes are welcome.

Juror: Aline Smithson Interdisciplinary artist, educator, and editor based in Los Angeles, California. Aline Smithson is an interdisciplinary artist, editor, and educator. She has exhibited widely including exhibitions at national and international institutions and her work has been featured in major publications. Smithson is the Founder of Lenscratch, a daily journal on photography. In 2016, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum commissioned Smithson to create work for the Faces of Our Planet Exhibition. In 2018 and 2019, her work was exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery in London as part of the Taylor Wessing Prize. The Magenta Foundation published her retrospective monograph, Self & Others: Portrait as Autobiography, Kris Graves Projects published her book, LOST II: Los Angeles. Peanut Press released her monograph, Fugue State, in Fall of 2021. In 2022, she was named a Hasselblad Heroine.

SUBMISSIONS Artists are invited to submit up to five (5) photographic images in JPEG form. Images must have been created within the past five years. Artists should complete the entry form and upload their images at: http://perspectivegallery.slideroom.com
