BookAl-Tiba9 Contemporary Art is a leading international platform in the contemporary art world, facilitating the print and digital distribution of featured artists through our magazine, art books, website, social media presence, and participation in art fairs in Spain and Portugal.
Our artist directory serves as a development space for new and emerging talent while facilitating professional connections and collaborations across our extensive network of galleries, museums, art collectors, dealers, art professionals, and academics worldwide.
All visual artists working in the fields of digital arts, photography, painting, architecture, sculpture and installations, film or video art, fashion design, interior design, and performance are invited to apply. The selection process focuses on artists who present unique, forward-thinking, innovative, and visionary concepts through specific or diverse artistic mediums.
Inclusion in the directory offers selected artists international exposure through our network, engagement with our online and print audiences, access to institutional partners such as ArtsLibris Barcelona, ARCOmadrid, ARCOlisboa, and Zsona maco Mexico City, as well as curated connections with fellow artists across various platforms. Featured artists will be promoted throughout the year through our social media channels, website, print publications, and digital issues.

The directory and artist pages, like all our publications, consist of 100% curated editorial content. No commercial advertisements are published alongside your work.
Selected artists will be featured in the annual directory for 2027, with a dedicated page including artwork images and details about their practice. The directory will be hosted on the Al-Tiba9 website.
Selected artists will benefit from international exposure across our global network.
All selected artists will receive a dedicated webpage on our website featuring contact details, biography, artist statement, and five images of selected artworks.
All selected artists will be promoted through our website, social media, and newsletters, and may be recommended by our team and partners for commissions, collaborations, and exhibitions.
ELIGIBILITY:
Artists are welcome to submit their work. All techniques and visual mediums are accepted.
Artists from all countries are welcome to apply.
Artists previously featured in our publications are welcome to submit new works.
